Where you work as an Inclusion Coach depends on the model you are working within. Some roles are embedded in a state sporting organisation, others are placed within a single local government area (LGA), while some cover a regional model spanning multiple LGAs. Each model shapes the scope of your work, the types of relationships you build, and the way you deliver the program. While the settings and priorities may vary, all models share the same goal of creating more inclusive sporting opportunities.
