💪 What Success Looks Like for the Program

Our program’s success isn’t just about hours worked or how many Inclusion Coaches we have, it’s about the number of clubs and schools we reach, and the people exposed to the program. The Final Report demonstrates impact in these key areas: 

Employment Impact: 

• Get Skilled Access is recognised as the largest disability employer in Australia. 

• Employment for people with disability in sport is normalised, creating sustainable roles beyond playing. 

Sustainability of the Role: 

• At least 70% of employment partners continue to fund Inclusion Coaches, embedding the role as a permanent part of sport. 

Inclusion Outcomes: 

• People with disability gain choice and control over how and where they interact with sport. 

• There is an increase in non-playing roles for people with disability across clubs and schools. 

• There is an increase in First Peoples with disability being involved in sport. 

Reach & Exposure: 

• Every club and school we engage multiplies the program’s impact, reaching hundreds of members and families, broadening awareness and creating lasting cultural change.
