šŖ What Success Looks Like for the Program
Our programās successĀ isnātĀ just about hoursĀ worked or how many Inclusion Coaches we have,Ā itāsĀ about theĀ number of clubs and schools we reach, and the people exposed to the program. The Final ReportĀ demonstratesĀ impact in these key areas:Ā
Employment Impact:Ā
- Get Skilled AccessĀ is recognised as the largest disability employer in Australia.Ā
- Employment for people with disability in sport isĀ normalised, creating sustainable roles beyond playing.Ā
Sustainability of the Role:Ā
- At leastĀ 70% of employment partners continue to fund Inclusion Coaches, embedding the role as a permanent part of sport.Ā
Inclusion Outcomes:Ā
- People with disability gainĀ choice and controlĀ over how and where they interact with sport.Ā
- There is anĀ increase in non-playing rolesĀ for people with disability across clubs and schools.Ā
- There is anĀ increase in First Peoples with disability being involved in sport.Ā
Reach & Exposure:Ā
- Every club and school we engage multiplies the programās impact, reaching hundreds of members and families, broadeningĀ awarenessĀ and creating lasting cultural change.Ā
To support this story of impact, we also have aĀ video overviewĀ that captures the breadth of the program, showing how coaches, clubs, and schools are working together to build more inclusive sporting communities.Ā
