✨ The Program – Online Inclusion Coach V Self Service / Self-Guided
When an Inclusion Coach is involved, clubs and schools receive tailored, hands-on support to guide them through their inclusion journey. Coaches bring expertise, facilitate meaningful conversations, and help translate ideas into practical actions. They provide encouragement, accountability, and ongoing advice, ensuring the process feels supported and collaborative.
By contrast, the self-service/self-guided option allows clubs and schools to work through the same tools and resources independently, at their own pace. While this pathway still offers access to guides, templates, and videos, it relies on the organisation to drive the process themselves. Both options are valuable, the coached pathway offers personalised guidance and stronger relationship-building, while the self-guided pathway provides flexibility and autonomy for those ready to lead their own inclusion journey.
