⨠Sport4All Platforms â Inclusion Check In and LMS
Inclusion Check-inÂ
The Inclusion Check-in (ICI) is Step 1 of the program once a school or club has agreed to come on board with Sport4All. The ICI is a 16-question survey for the school or club to complete. Once a club or school has completed the online check-in survey, a report is generated by collating the participantâs answers (anonymously) to give the club or school an idea on how inclusive they currently are and considers how they carry out their operations and activities. The report covers 16 elements of inclusion that are crucial in establishing an inclusive sporting culture.Â
They can fill out the check-in as an individual or select the multiple survey option and send the survey link out to other club members to also complete. Inclusion coaches can gather the necessary information from a club and set the survey up for them using this link. Make sure to understand how to approach a follow up meeting with a club or school. The follow up meeting is so you can talk the school or club through the results in their report, this is an important step in ensuring the results arenât overwhelming and easily understood. It is also a great opportunity to encourage them to start the Sport4All training through the online learning portal.Â

Online Learning PortalÂ
The learning management system (LMS) is a user-friendly online portal that can be accessed from your phone, computer or tablet. After the follow up meeting to talk about the report, clubs and schools will sign up to complete a range of self-paced modules. Currently the LMS has 8 modules available to clubs and schools:Â
- Communication and LanguageÂ
- Misconception and unconscious biasÂ
- Disability, Accessibility and InclusionÂ
- Supporting A Person to Feel WelcomeÂ
- Having An Inclusive MindsetÂ
- Understanding the Importance of An Inclusive Club Culture Â
- Practical Steps to Building Your Clubâs Inclusive Culture Â
- How To Share Your Inclusive Energy with Your CommunityÂ
- Â
- The School based content also identifies the âTREE modelâ and âChange Itâ model, both are useful for PE and sports teachers when adapting their PE classes. Sport4All is for everyone, especially in the school environment. It is important to mention this training can be adopted more broadly at clubs and schools.Â
Club and School ProfileÂ
The purpose of this survey is for Inclusion Coaches to capture data for the Sport4All program so we can better understand the current participation rate of people with disability in mainstream sports and measure the changes and the impact of clubs and schools participating in Sport4All. Â
You can take the Participant Profile survey to your follow up meeting with the club or school and help them to fill it out. After the school or club has been part of Sport4All for 10 months or more, you can help them fill it out again so we can track their progress. Â
