✨ Sales Resources
Introduction to Our SharePoint Resource Structure
To support the journey of our Inclusion Coach program from start to finish, we have structured our SharePoint folders to align directly with the stages of engagement and support we provide. Each stage of the program, from initial outreach to ongoing alumni engagement, has a dedicated folder containing all the resources needed for effective delivery.
Within these folders, you will find:
- Email templates for every touchpoint, ensuring consistent, professional, and timely communication.
- Marketing and promotional materials, including brochures, one-pagers, and digital assets to spark interest and engagement.
- Program templates and guides tailored to each stage, supporting coaches in diagnostics, action planning, follow-ups, and reflection.
By organising resources this way, coaches can easily access the right tools at the right time, ensuring a smooth and structured experience for schools and clubs. The folder structure mirrors the “Cradle-to-Grave” engagement journey, helping coaches move participants from initial awareness through learning, implementation, celebration of achievements, and ongoing connection.
Below is a summary of the program stages reflected in the SharePoint folders:
Stage 0 – How to Guide – A brief overview of the following 6 stages
Stage 1 – Outreach & Engagement – Introduction emails, optional brochures, call scripts, and follow-up templates.
Stage 2 – Inclusion Check-In – Pre-check-in emails, diagnostic tools, session guides, and follow-up emails.
Stage 3 – Online Learning Modules – Kick-off emails, progress nudges, and learning support templates.
Stage 4 – Action Plan Development – Coaching session guides, editable templates, case studies, and follow-up reminders.
Stage 5 – Inclusion Check-Out – Reflection guides, check-out session templates, certificates, and next-step resources.
Stage 6 – Ongoing Engagement / Alumni Loop – Newsletter templates, event invitations, and annual feedback check-ins.

This structured approach ensures all coaches have quick, centralized access to the tools they need to guide participants successfully through every stage of the program.
