🌟 Professional Development Benefit

To support the continued learning and growth of the team, we have in place a Professional Development Benefit Policy. A combination of 3 days study leave, and up to $1000 financial contribution per financial year will be able to be accessed by all permanent employees and employees on a 2 year or more fixed term contract for approved professional development activities.
