Carl leads the delivery of the four-year, federally funded Sport4All program, reporting to the Co-CEOs. The role oversees national strategy, budget, risk, government reporting, and program delivery while leading a team to achieve outcomes across sport, education, government, and community. A key focus is building strong partnerships and supporting state managers to grow participation and ensure long-term impact for inclusive sport in Australia. |

Get Skilled Access & Sport4All Team

Founder – Dylan Alcott | Dylan Alcott, Australian Paralympian and disability advocate, founded Get Skilled Access, a consultancy promoting inclusion and accessibility. Through this, he launched Sport4All, a national initiative helping schools and sports clubs ensure people with disabilities can fully participate in sports. |
