Â
Email and Email SignatureÂ
Every Sport4All Inclusion Coach will be provided with a Sport4All registered Outlook account. Your email account will come with access to the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. It is important to follow the brand guidelines when setting up your email signature. The following example is here for your reference. The GSA team will supply you with an email signature and instructions when you start. If you are employed directly by an employment partner or council, please include the Sport4All logo into your email signature.Â

Adding a Signature in OutlookÂ
Sport4All now uses Exclaimer to create and deploy all email signatures. Most information is automatically populated by IT which means there is very little an Inclusion Coach needs to do. Before starting, please remove any existing signatures in Outlook so that Exclaimer can apply the correct version.Â
- Remove Existing Outlook Signatures
⢠Open Outlook
⢠Go to File, Options, Mail, then Signatures
â˘Â Delete any signatures currently listed
⢠Close Outlook once completeÂ
- Log into Exclaimer
⢠Visit https://au.details.exclaimer.net/
⢠Log in using your Sport4All Microsoft account details
⢠You will see your profile fields already prepopulated by ITÂ
- Update the Two Required Fields
Inclusion Coaches only need to update the following sections. All other fields must be left unchanged.
â˘Â UserDefined1: Enter your preferred pronoun
â˘Â UserDefined2: Enter any working hour details you wish to display - No further action is required. Your signature will automatically update across Outlook for Windows and Outlook Online.Â
Sport4All Brand FontsÂ
S4A Brand FontsÂ
Sport4All brand fonts are now automatically deployed to your Sport4All Microsoft account. This means that when you are working on your assigned Sport4All device all brand fonts will already be available, including:Â
- Termina
â˘Â Universal Sans 300, 600 and 900Â
You do not need to manually install these fonts on your normal Sport4All setup.Â
If Working on Another DeviceÂ
If you create documents on a personal computer or a device that is not managed by Sport4All the brand fonts may not appear. In this situation please ensure that you are aware of the correct brand fonts listed above and use them if they are available. If they are not available, the document may default to an alternative system font and the formatting may look different. When you move the document back to your Sport4All device the correct fonts will reapply automatically.Â
Please note: Installed fonts will only appear when using Microsoft Office desktop applications. Fonts do not display in Microsoft Office Online, meaning documents may look different when viewed or edited through a browser.Â
Â
Email Font StandardsÂ
Our email signature and message font setup is also managed automatically through Sport4All systems. You do not need to manually install or select fonts for email.Â
Email Font RequirementsÂ
- Font family:Helvetica Neue Light
This is used instead of Universal Sans because all computers automatically include Helvetica Neue while Universal Sans is a specialised font most external recipients will not have. - Font size:12 pt
â˘Â Formatting: No bold, italic or underline
â˘Â Colour: âAutomaticâ so the colour adjusts based on light or dark modeÂ
