🎯 Inclusion Coach Model Roles

Inclusion Coaches play a vital role in supporting clubs, schools, and communities to engage with Sport4All, but their responsibilities differ depending on the scope of their role. 

State Sporting Inclusion Officer (SSIO):  

Works directly with state sporting organisations to embed inclusion practices across the sport. Their focus is on system-level change, supporting strategies, and influencing how inclusion is delivered at scale. 

Single LGA Role:  

Works within one local government area (LGA), focusing on building strong relationships with local clubs, schools, and community organisations. Their role is highly community-based and tailored to the needs of that single LGA. 

Regional Role (3–5 LGAs):  

Covers multiple LGAs, balancing broader geographic responsibilities with local delivery. This role often involves prioritising efforts, working with several councils and their communities, and finding ways to share resources and strategies across different areas.
