Purpose: To create and maintain a list of schools, clubs, and community organisations within your Local Government Area (LGA) that can be engaged to support inclusive sport and physical activity opportunities. 

Understand Your Local Government Area (LGA) 

Before building your list, clearly define the boundaries and key features of your allocated LGA. 

• Visit your local council’s website to access maps, community directories, and lists of sporting facilities. 

• Identify suburbs, townships, and major community hubs where sport and recreation activities take place. 

• Take note of community demographics, schools, and clubs that may have strong community influence or potential reach. 

Sourcing Schools 

Your goal is to identify all relevant primary, secondary, and specialist schools within your LGA.
