đȘ Adding the Reports Inbox
Why We Add the Reports Inbox to OutlookÂ
As an Inclusion Coach, itâs important that you are aware of new check-in reports submitted by clubs and schools. To make this simple, we add the dedicated Reports Inbox to your Outlook that show which reports have come in each week.Â
Having access to this shared inbox means you can:Â
- See reports as they arrive in real time.Â
- Identify opportunities to support â if a report is from a club or school in your geographic area, it acts as a trigger for you to make contact and offer assistance.Â
- Work proactively â staying across reports helps you provide timely guidance and build stronger relationships with clubs and schools.Â
